2026 World Cups

World Masters Hockey (WMH) is proud to announce the official logo for the 2026 WMH World Cup, to be hosted in Brasschaat (Belgium) and Breda and Rotterdam (Netherlands). The launch marks the beginning of the final build-up to what will be the largest Masters Hockey event ever staged.

Designed with clarity, heritage, and global identity in mind, the 2026 World Cup logo draws inspiration from the FIH World Cup visual language. It places the WMH World Cup trophy at its centre. The golden ring represents the global Masters Hockey community, one of the colours of the Belgian flag, and the deep blue background is a tribute to the flag of the Netherlands. The result is a clean, modern identity that reflects Masters Hockey’s growing international footprint and its athletes’ lifelong passion.

Record-Breaking Global Participation Over 400 teams from across the world have registered to compete in the 2026 WMH World Cup, marking an increase of 117 teams compared to the 2024 edition.

This unprecedented growth highlights the accelerating global momentum of Masters Hockey and reinforces the World Cup’s position as the premier international competition for lifelong hockey athletes.

Final team allocations, venue-specific details, schedules, and operational updates will be confirmed and communicated in the coming months as planning progresses with host cities and local authorities.

A Logo That Captures the Spirit of 2026

The 2026 World Cup identity embodies three core elements:

2026 World Cups
  • The Trophy & Ball Representing WMH’s unique Master’s World Cup trophy and the excellence of lifelong competition.
  • The Ring A symbol of the world, unity, global participation and the embedding of the iconic gold of the Belgian flag.
  • The Blue Background Honouring the flag of the Netherlands and providing a strong, professional backdrop for the event brand.

“Simplicity wins,” said WMH. “This logo is clean, modern, and instantly recognisable. It reflects who we are: a global, inclusive, and growing community built on a lifelong love of hockey.”
