This protest must be produced in writing and either:

• Handed to the appointed Technical Officer within 30 minutes of signing the official Match Report Form or Shoot-out/Penalty Stroke competition form;

• Handed to the Technical Delegate within 30 minutes of the publication or other communication on which the protest is based.
