The Executive Board would like to inform all members that a Team Entry Fee Refund policy has been developed.
If a team notifies WMH that it is withdrawing from a WMH competition:

100% of nomination fee.

60+ to 90 days

2/3rds of nomination fee.

Unless exceptional circumstances on application to the Finance Director.

Less than 60 days
|
No refund.

Unless exceptional circumstances on application to the Finance Director.
|
This policy will be implemented from 15th December 2023.
