WMH Lead UM & UM Responsibilities
Appointed by the WMH to Level 1 and 2 WMH events. National Associations are encouraged to appoint a LEAD UM and UM for Level 3 & 4 WMH events to assist umpire development.
It is essential that the LEAD UM and UM establish a good working relationship with the Tournament Management Team (TD, HNOC, WMH), Team Managers and Coaches.
