It is the responsibility of the NAs to ensure that any player who is entered into a Masters sanctioned event is eligible to participate for them in accordance with the FIH Regulations Governing the Eligibility of a Participant to take part in International Hockey for a Country / National Association.
For all participants (players, TDs, officials, NA Masters Hockey organisers, team managers etc.) .
This document identifies the Masters Hockey age group within which players can participate and the country they and officials can represent at international level for both indoor and outdoor hockey. This includes those with dual nationalities and those who reside in other countries. It also describes the very few situations where players can play for a team in an older age group. In most situations, NAs will determine who is eligible to play for their international teams, but in unusual circumstances, applications for exemptions may be made to WMH.
