It explains which country players and officials may represent, including guidance for individuals with dual nationality or those living abroad. The document also details the limited circumstances in which athletes may compete in an older age category. While National Associations (NAs) typically decide player eligibility for their international squads, exceptional cases may be submitted to WMH for review and possible exemption.
