World Masters Hockey announce that Sarah Bennett has been appointed as a new
Executive Board member.
Sarah’s appointment followed a lengthy assessment of all nominations. Sarah takes up the
casual vacancy with her term commencing immediately until the next General Assembly in
2025.
Sarah is based in Zimbabwe and has a strong hockey pedigree with experience as an FIH
Umpire and now an FIH technical official. Sarah is currently involved with the Zimbabwe
Hockey Masters set up as well as being Secretary of the Hockey Association of Zimbabwe.
Sarah is also Vice President of the African Continental Federation.
Sarah was awarded the prestigious FIH Development Champions Award at the recent FIH
Congress in Oman.
