# Protest Submission form

This protest must be produced in writing and either:

- Handed to the appointed Technical Officer **within 30 minutes** of signing the official Match Report Form or Shoot-out/Penalty Stroke competition form;
- Handed to the Technical Delegate **within 30 minutes** of the publication or other communication on which the protest is based.
