# WMH Guidance to TDs on Protests and Appeals

**Protest**

A **Team Manager** can lodge a **protest**against mis-behaviour or wrongdoing by another **participant** in a match or shoot-out competition (except against an on-field decision by an Umpire or by a Technical Official in a  match or shoot-out competition).

**Appeal**

An individual or a team may lodge an appeal against a decision by a TD to suspend a player, team, team official or other official.
