World Cup Tournaments 2022

Matches at the  Nottingham World Cup Tournament were live-streamed along with interviews of key personnel. These promoted  Masters Hockey in a very positive manner and provided a taste of what will follow in Cape Town & Tokyo!

A spectacular Opening Ceremony will  be held at the waterfront on the evening of 30 Sept. All teams are expected to attend this extravagant and exciting celebration of South African culture.  

TOKYO:

Japanese Government announced that Japan will be visa free for visitors after 11th OCT!  No PCR test required.

The opening ceremony, on the afternoon of 18th October, will include a performance by the Japanese Army Band,  amongst others. Full attendance is expected.

Maximum squad size for WMH tournaments is 18. Any squad with over 16 players needs 2 fully-kitted goalkeepers. No changes can be made to a squad after the team’s first match at a tournament.
